Goal
Ticketing and customer support tool that builds on top of the Zendesk APIs, utilizes the proprietary game entitlements APIs. Design a user interface that allows a seemless integration of both. Solves the problem of game support team to bounce between interfaces and allows for one single task flow for the team. Long-term benefits are a more streamlined process to deal with the increasing amount of incoming support requests.
